Fourth generation potato farmer Ryan Albright wanted to diversify his portfolio when he took over the family farm about 10 years ago. His answer? Producing North America’s only farm to table, all natural, certified gluten-free, dark russet potato chip, now called Covered Bridge Chips. After three years of R&D and five years in business growing from three to 90 employees, he now has the farm factory, warehouse and offices working symbiotically.
