Graham Dyer has broad business and consulting experience in the financial, new economy, food and agricultural sectors. Graham excels in business planning, financial consulting, refining business processes, and converting ideas into reality. He has assisted numerous companies in strategic development, business planning, and raising equity financing. Graham is passionate innovation, about the development of new projects and experimenting with these projects to find the most profitable and efficient system. Graham enjoys working in the agriculture industry because of the honesty and values of the people who live in work in agriculture everyday. Graham recognizes that in today’s new ag economy building partnerships and strategic alliances is the key to success.

Joseph (Joe) Dales,
Senior Vice President and Director, Farms.com Ltd.

Joseph Dales has over 15 years of agri-marketing and management experience with leading companies. As part of the senior management team, Joe oversees the planning, communications and implementation of the company's business strategies. Joe’s primary strengths are his strong innovation and business experience within the agriculture and food industries, an extensive network of producers and agribusinesses; and his superior strategic leadership. Joe is passionate about a number of key issues in agriculture, including: innovation and adoption of technology, leveraging business management techniques, skills development, improved commodity risk management, and human resources.

Bob Brcka,
General Manager, PigCHAMP Inc.

Bob has close to 30 years of marketing and managerial experience. He has a deep understanding of the agricultural industry and the unique challenges within. Bob is businesses competitive and more profitable. He has a well-defined analytical ability proactive about helping producers utilize technology and information to keep their which allows him to identify and understand problems quickly to offer suggestions for improvement. Bob’s primary strengths are managing the classical marketing mix, business process improvement, strategic planning and the application of new technology to gain efficiency. He strives to ensure that Farms.com and PigCHAMP earn an upstanding position within the market place to be recognized as a source for quality analysis that helps to keep agriculture profitable and efficient.

Darren Marsland,
Chief Technology Officer

Darren has been a visionary in the Internet space since its early days, he is up on all the latest tech trends and how to effectively deploy them from a marketing perspective. Darren has recruited, trained and implemented the Farms.com technical development teams and procedures for software development and research and development. Darren has developed database structures and code for a variety of Farms.com business unit applications, including the Farms.com Portal, PigCHAMP mobile products, and the original AgCareers.com job board. Darren has been with the company, since its inception, he is a University of Guelph Alumnus.

Eric Spell,
President, AgCareers.com

Eric has more than 15 years of experience in agribusiness leadership and strategic recruitment with an emphasis on internal and external training, recruitment -- with a focus on online recruitment, and consulting. A natural leader, Eric’s primary strengths are his depth of experience in agriculture, his experience working with companies in the food industry, and his extensive global knowledge of the agricultural industry. He is passionate and proactive about helping the agriculture industry “raise the bar”, by promoting best practices in recruiting, employee retention, and in investing in the development of the talented people in agricultural industry.
