Anyone still buying land? Prices?

Just wondering if anyone is still buying land and if people are still bidding up the prices?

Here in West Central Illinois land is still being bought and sold. 45 acres flat black soil last week went for $17.5k/acre

Prime agricultural land in Southwestern Ontario exchanging hands in excess of $20,000/acre. With high land prices it seems to be moving a lot of widows, or small operations out of the picture.

Everyone around here is still interested in buying land. Older guys seem to be holding on to see if it is going to keep going up.
Terribly hard for young guys to take a risk at these prices and try to get started.
We are going to wait on chasing any more land until things change a little.
