trading commodities to UNKOWN DESTINATION

Could someone explain when they say UNKNOWN DESTINATION on trading (corn soybeans) commodities. Where is that place located.

They send the ship off with it not knowing where its going. That doesnt seem to be a very smart way of doing trades. Lot of people going hungry in 3rd world countries so the ship isnt landing there.185 million bushels of beans sent out to see not knowing where they may end up. Somebody isnt being honest with the american farmer. Shouldnt we have the right to know where our commodities are going? If someone knows where the unknown destinations is then why not just say where it is in these reports there giving.

First trade of the new year just so happened to be to UNKNOWN DESTINATION hard winter wheat. Is there anyone out there that can explain why its called UNKOWN DESTINATION? And where its located
