On yesterday’s program we heard from an Alberta Agriculture specialist on the beneficial traits of a new variety of sainfoin—AC Mountainview. But Linda Hunt, forage specialist at the Ag-Info Centre, cautions that not all sainfoin is created equal. And she adds it’s important to make sure you know what you’re buying.
