AgTrax Signs First Canadian Clients

Hutchinson, Kan. (AgPR) Sept. 24, 2013 – AgTrax®  (www.agtrax.com) has signed two Canadian agribusiness clients, which are the company's first international customers. “AgTrax has grain handling business customers in 23 US states today, so Canada is a natural extension for continued growth,” says Chuck Jenkins, AgTrax Director of Sales and Marketing.

North Wellington Cooperative Services and Huron Bay Cooperative, both based in Ontario, have signed contracts to use TraxView
, the fully integrated suite of accounting software marketed by AgTrax. After evaluating numerous accounting software packages, the management teams for both Canadian cooperatives chose TraxView to replace their existing programs.

TraxView provides many unique user-defined application options. Most notably, TraxView allows the end user to choose between Windows' graphical or Classic character-based interface and data entry. There are no competing companies that allow such flexibility at the user level and the learning curve can be shortened because of it. "This flexibility in user interface was a significant factor in the decision process for both Canadian organizations,” Jenkins adds. “AgTrax continues to make waves in the industry with improved technology platforms and a creative marketing approach."

North Wellington Cooperative Services, Inc., Harriston, Ontario, Canada, General Manager Kelly Boyle says, "We chose TraxView because of the comprehensive, yet easy-to-use design that encompasses our needs."

Shane Smith from Huron Bay Cooperative, Teeswater, Ontario, agrees, "We've looked at a lot of software packages out there, but none measured up to TraxView. It allows the user to choose when they want to use either a Windows' graphical or a standard character-based interface. Both operate within TraxView and that flexibility can afford tremendous efficiencies throughout the day's activities."
