Hail claims are on the rise in Saskatchewan.
The latest report from the Canadian Crop Hail Association says the ratio of claims to policies is above the five year average for this time of year.
During the past 30 days there were only two days with no hail reported in Saskatchewan.
The highest number of claims so far result from the first four days of July.
Hail claims have come from a wide area of the province.
In Alberta, hail claims are approaching an all-time record high, while Manitoba claims are significantly higher than average.
