Over 90 dairy producers and heifer growers attended one of the, one-day workshops, which focused on “Raising Your Best Calf Ever” by providing educational information in several topic areas.
The I-29 Dairy Outreach Consortium (consisting of SDSU, U of M, ISU, NDSU and UNL Extension Services; the Iowa State Dairy Association, South Dakota Dairy Producers Association, and the Southwest Minnesota Dairy Profit Group) hosted the workshops as part of their “Moo-University” education venue. The workshops were held in South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota and North Dakota the week of January 5-8th, 2015.
