Kuhn North America is creating a calendar featuring photos of KUHN, KUHN Knight and KUHN Krause equipment.
Kuhn North America is looking for KUHN customers, dealers, amateur photographers, etc., to capture high-quality pictures (minimum of 2,000 pixels wide, 300 dpi) of their equipment in .JPEG format to be featured on the calendar.
How to Enter: Entries can be submitted to knacontest@kuhn.com.
Eligibility: No purchase necessary. All entrants must be able to receive prize by mail within the United States or Canada. Contest void where prohibited. Images with implements other than KUHN, KUHN Knight and/or KUHN Krause equipment do not qualify. Tractors are permitted, but should not be the main focus of the image (subject to discretion of Kuhn North America, Inc.). Entrants must be 13 years or older. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to minor's parent or legal guardian, who must provide all required documentation. In order to officially enter and qualify for the contest, all entrants must include their: 1) first and last name, 2) age and 3) preferred form of contact.
Entry Guidelines/Disclaimer:
All images must be original work and the entrants must retain sole ownership of copyrights to their images prior to entering them in the contest. Entrants may submit more than one image. Images can only be submitted once. By submitting images you grant Kuhn North America, Inc. complete ownership rights, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide perpetual license to the image and use of his/her name. Kuhn North America, Inc. has the right to modify, reproduce, display and publish the image for any and all marketing and sales purposes without compensation to participant. Kuhn North America, Inc. is not obligated to inform participants of image usage status. Entry into the contest (entry of photos) acknowledges acceptance of all contest rules.
Please be aware, if your image includes identifiable people and is selected as a winner, each person in the image will be required to sign a publicity release form. Refusal to sign the publicity release will result in an automatic disqualification from the contest.
Entry Deadline:
All entries are due to Kuhn North America, Inc. by June 30, 2017. All entries will be reviewed for appropriateness and compliance of the rules.
Prizes/Contest Winners: Entries received during the contest dates specified above will be reviewed and up to fifteen (15) entries will be selected as winners at the discretion of the Kuhn North America marketing department. Winning entries will be announced the week of July 3, 2017. Winning contestants will each receive a Kuhn North America calendar featuring their winning photo and a $75 Kuhn Gifts and Gear promotional certificate. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries.
Kuhn North America, Inc. reserves the right to use their own photos if not enough photos are submitted for the KUHN Calendar Photo contest, or if photos received are not of suitable quality as determined at the sole discretion of Kuhn North America.
