Purdue's Women In Ag Team Presenting Agribusiness Webinar Series

Purdue Extension's Women in Agriculture Team is offering a series of agribusiness webinars for those who want to improve their management, planning and employee engagement skills.

The first webinar, "Effective Management of Farm Employees," is noon to 1 p.m. EST May 28. Participants will learn strategies to maximize the productivity of workers in an agricultural business.

Topics include training, communicating performance standards, encouraging mental involvement and providing performance-related feedback.

The webinar is presented by Phil Durst and Stan Moore, senior educators for Michigan State University Extension and specialists in agricultural labor management.
