Swift Current Hosting Crop Diagnostic School

Swift Current is the site this year for the Ministry of Agriculture's Crop Diagnostic School.
 
The event required per-registration from participants.
 
Today is the first of 3 days where producers, industry reps, agronomists and more will have the opportunity to hone their diagnostic skills and field scouting knowledge.
 
Regional Crop Specialist Shannon Chant says this year’s event features 6 stations with participants learning more about Insect Scouting and Identification,  Disease Identification, Weed Identification, Herbicide Injury,  Soils and Fertility and Diagnostics.
 
Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
