The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) will conduct a media conference call on Friday, Sept. 11 from its office in Tokyo, Japan. The call will begin at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time, and will feature participants from a delegation of U.S. producers and other agricultural leaders visiting Japan.
The panel of conference call participants will include:

They will also offer their thoughts on current market conditions for U.S. pork and beef in Japan and the importance of the Japanese market. Their remarks will be followed by a question-and-answer session, to conclude by 9:00 a.m. Eastern time.
To ensure that we are able to conclude the call in one hour, we will limit media questions to the four panelists listed above. However, other members of the delegation may be available for interviews upon their return from Japan. They include:
