BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP) — Argentine farmers say they will halt grain and beef sales for seven days to protest President Cristina Fernandez's plan to funnel soy export taxes into an emergency fund for the provinces.
They are also protesting what they say is the government's weak response to one of the worst droughts in a generation.
