AGCO Dealers Told Not to Miss AG CONNECT Expo 2010

The global head of AGCO Corporation sent a memo to the company's dealers in North America strongly encouraging them to take advantage of the unique business opportunities available to them at AG CONNECT Expo 2010. AG CONNECT Expo 2010 will be held January 13-15, 2010 (Preview Day January 12 by special admission) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Martin Richenhagen, president and CEO of AGCO, told the dealers, "Don't miss this opportunity to strengthen relationships with your key customers and prospects, see new and exciting products and meet with our technology experts from around the world."

According to the memo, AGCO "will be featuring many new products and future technology that you will not want to miss. Those attending the show will be among the first to get a glimpse of high tech solutions long before they come to market, such as a fully functioning electric-powered vehicle or a large square baler towed directly behind a combine designed specifically for biomass material handling. AGCO will also feature multiple AE50 award winning products at this show."

In the memo, Richenhagen said, "I will be on the show floor and look forward to meeting your current and future AGCO customers….I would like to see as many of you as possible at the show, and just as importantly, I would like to see your key customers with you!"

Charlie O'Brien, the VP of agricultural services at AEM, said, "This is simply further evidence that agribusiness knows it will find key customers, top prospects and new business contacts at AG CONNECT Expo 2010. As promised, AG CONNECT Expo will be a gathering place for all of agriculture."

AG CONNECT Expo 2010 reported earlier that the "inaugural AG CONNECT Expo is on track to make its mark in the trade show business as the place where the world of agriculture comes together to advocate for production agriculture. Momentum for AG CONNECT Expo 2010, the new North American agriculture trade show, continues to build, and the show is set to compete for a spot as one of the top 200 trade shows in the U.S. in 2010."
