Canada 150 Let it Snow Chef Exchange

Canadian Beef celebrates the diversity of Canada’s cuisine and the landscape, people and seasons that shape it, in a Let it Snow Chef exchange event. Held at the Fairmont’s Chateau Lake Louise and Canadian Beef Centre of Excellence, Chef Anton Amoncio of the Philippines teamed up with Fairmont’s Jean-Francois Fortin and Canada Beef’s Mathieu Paré to create dishes that paid tribute to all the good foods that Canada has to offer to the world.
