The Bentley area was one of the first areas settled in Alberta in 1888, and for a good reason: early settlers in the area can attest to the old adage that the early bird gets the worm. One hundred and thirty-five years later, ‘Bentley Bentayga,’ a quarter section of prime farmland located a mere three and a half miles to the northwest of the town itself, remains a testament to the elite quality of farmland in the area. ‘Bentley Bentayga’ is a smaller scale version of Bentley Continental V8 (eight Parcels that sold to the north of this Parcel in 2022).
