This section of pasture/hay land makes up one nice block of land. SAMA rates the topography of the land as “level to nearly level†and most of the land’s stone rating is “moderateâ€. There is good all season road access to this land. There is a tenant on this land on a year-to-year verbal agreement. The water for the cattle is supplied by a drainage ditch and a shallow well.
