Agrology advances over the last several decades dictate that this sizeable assemblage of land, located on the doorstep of Kerrobert, Saskatchewan, will fully transition from a mix of grass and alfalfa to cultivated acres in the hands of its new owner. ‘Hidden Producer 955’ is comprised of 955 titled acres selling in two Parcels. PARCEL 1 consists of approximately 625 arable acres, and NW-29 was converted from alfalfa to cropland two years ago.
