USMEF Delegation Headed for World Pork Conference in Germany

U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) President and CEO Philip Seng is on his way to Bonn, Germany, for the World Pork Conference, which is being hosted Oct. 6-7 by the International Meat Secretariat.

 

In the attached audio report, Seng discusses some of the issues he expects to be front-and-center at the World Pork Conference, including food security, sustainability and rising production costs.

 

Also attending will be USMEF Chair-elect Danita Rodibaugh, a pork producer from Rensselaer, Ind., and a longtime leader in the U.S. pork industry. Ms. Rodibaugh will be a featured speaker at the conference, addressing pork consumption trends and the nutritional attributes of U.S. pork.
