A Fifth Acquisition for the Canadian leader in lubricants distribution

Crevier Group, a third-generation Quebec-based family business and Canadian leader in energy and industrial lubricants distribution, is proud to announce the recent acquisition, by one of its subsidiaries, of Lubrifiants et produits spécialisés Kenbec (LPS Kenbec), distributor of lubricants and lubrication equipment, with headquarters in Laval, Quebec.

“We are delighted to welcome LPS Kenbec to our big family! The founder, Pierre Geoffroy, is an important player in the industry, has excellent business sense and knowledge of the market. His company and his rich expertise are valuable assets for Crevier Lubricants, which aims to continue its Canada-wide expansion,” says Jean-François Crevier, President of Crevier Group.

Mr. Geoffroy went into business in 2002, following a successful career with Kendall, then Sunoco. His expertise will be put to good use in business development at Crevier Lubricants, which has enacted an ambitious growth plan, notably with the acquisition of other distributeurs.

“We are very pleased to have entered into this agreement with Crevier Group, a trusted partner who conducts their business in a very human way and whose management philosophy is in line with ours,” says Pierre Geoffroy, President of LPS Kenbec. “We are certain that our customers and employees will benefit from new opportunities offered by this alliance.”

LPS Kenbec’s territory covers all of Quebec, as well as part of Ontario and the Maritimes. Its portfolio includes brands such as Zeeline, Kendall, Kenlube, Sunoco and Phillips 66, of which it owns exclusive distribution rights in Quebec.
