The recent cold snap has been a big help to the province's sunflower growers.
Ben Friesen is with Scoular Canada.
"We're definitely anticipating that the growers are finishing up [harvest] this week," he said. "We were waiting for some colder weather. The heads seem to stay kind of wet there with a bit of drizzle and wet snow we had."
Friesen says the quality of the sunflowers has been good all through harvest.
