Shakirat Edoho is a CPA by trade, and the
Founder of 9jafoodie Blog, LoseIt Nigerian
Nutrition and Atare Foods. Atare Foods’ mis-
sion is to provide nutritiously dense products
that are rooted in traditional processes. Sha-
kirat is focused on developing a Nigerian stew
base as a nutrition source inspired by the
traditional Nigerian diet. She is an expert
regarding Nigerian recipes for wellbeing and
health, and has over 325,000 followers on
Instagram. Shakirat is based in Regina.
LINDSAY BEAULIEU,
FOUNDER OF ILOVEMICROGREENS
Lindsay founded iloveMicrogreens, an organic
and urban farm company in 2019 and devel-
oped a passion for growing healthy and sus-
tainable food. Fast forward to 2021 and her
urban farm is sprouting greens all year to
provide delicious salads for their local commu-
nity. Packed with nutrients, the fresh produce
and salads are sold out on a daily basis. Lind-
say is constantly innovating and looking for
ways to ensure produce access all year round.
Lindsay is based out of Red Deer, Alberta.
