Live Cattle Commodity Update for the Week Ending Nov 17, 2023

The price of live cattle as of Friday was 176.8 and last Friday it was at 174.65, meaning the price of live cattle increased by 1.2% in one week.

Nov 15, 2023 saw live cattle see its highest performance at 178.775.

In the span of a month, the price of live cattle dropped by 7.4%. At this time last month, live cattle was at 191 and have since dropped to 176.8.

Live cattle has also seen an improvement from last year. At this time in 2022, the price was at 165. The change in prices from a year ago represents an increase of 7.2%.
