Research and innovation are key in many industries, including the agriculture industry. Alberta Innovates Bio Solutions is one organization that promotes and coordinates science and innovation research in the agricultural sector. I spoke with Cornelia Kreplin, executive director of sustainable production and food innovation, about some of the research they’re doing.
