On previous programs we’ve heard from some of the speakers at the upcoming Western Canada Conference on Soil Health and Grazing on some of the technical aspects of both soil health and grazing. Another speaker at the conference is Crystal Mackay, president of the Canadian Centre for Food Integrity.
