Frost in Some Parts of Saskatchewan Grainbelt Could be Costly

Freezing temperatures this week could cause some crop loss in the Saskatchewan grainbelt.
 
The thermometer dipped to zero in some places Thursday and below zero in some places Friday morning
 
Provincial crops analyst Shannon Friesen says newly germinated canola crops could be hurt by the cold weather especially if the temperature got to minus 3 or 4.
