McDonalds's To Begin Importing Beef

McDonald's Canada, which promotes itself on using only Canadian beef, says it will begin importing beef to satisfy demand.

The change in policy is due to reduced processing capacity amid COVID-19.

McDonald's says it will buy as much Canadian beef as possible and supplement the remainder.

The Angus burger is also being temporarily removed from the menu in Canada.
