Nebraska Corn Growers Association Statement on U.S. Trade Representative to File Dispute Consultation Under USMCA

U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Katherine Tai announced the United States has
requested dispute settlement consultations with Mexico under the United States-Mexico-Canada
Agreement (USMCA). These consultations highlight certain Mexican measures concerning products of
agricultural biotechnology, including the importation of genetically modified (GM) corn for human
consumption.
