Possibility of Improved Wheat Prices in Saskatchewan

The latest U.S. seeding intentions report could lead to improved wheat prices in Saskatchewan.

P.I. Financial office manager in Regina, Ron Tkatchuk says the U.S. wheat planting acreage is down nine per-cent, which could lead to potentially higher prices in Western Canada.

Thatchuk says the U.S. report was mostly negative for corn and soybeans because of increased stocks and higher seeding intentions.
