Royal Manitoba Winter Fair Still Going Strong After 110 Years

The Royal Manitoba Winter Fair in Brandon has wrapped up for another year.

Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba General Manager Ron Kristjansson said the 110th edition had strong attendance, despite some challenges with fog throughout the week.

He said it was great to see the province's young cattle producers get involved.

"We had a huge number of young people exhibiting cattle. We saw great growth in that piece of our show. We had over 60 exhibitors and almost 100 head of cattle here this year at the Winter Fair."
