2014 Prairie Grains Conference

The Prairie Grains Conference focuses on professional and marketing insight for small grains and soybean producers in Minnesota and North Dakota. Expert agricultural speakers, market and industry leaders, production issues along with a variety of breakout sessions will be presented at the conference.

Speakers at the Conference include: Leon Osborne, Professor, on ‘2015 Weather Outlook: Cycles and Patterns Influencing Our Growing Season’; Richard H. McGuire, President, EKN Rail Company, ‘The Future of Northern Plains Transportation Costs, Availability and Tonnage’; Ankush Bhandari, VP, The Gavilon Group, LLC, ‘World Economic and Grain Market Outlook’; and Moe Russell, ‘Managing Risk in a Volatile Environment.’

Breakout sessions will be held in the morning and will include many topics. Exhibitors will be available all day. CEU credits are available.

The Prairie Grains Conference will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014, in Grand Forks at the Alerus Center. Registration starts at 6:30 a.m. Online registration for the Prairie Grains Conference will continue until Tuesday, December 9th.
