The Explore Local Foods Local Markets workshop is being held next week in Barrhead. This is an introductory workshop for those interested in selling direct to consumers.
I spoke with Ron Erdmann of Erdmann’s Gardens and Greenhouses, one of the presenters, about what those thinking about farm direct marketing should keep in mind.
