I have a problem with a 9600 combine. The engine stalls after several minutes of running, no set pattern. Fuel not the problem. After tech manual tests .jd says replace injection pumpand if that does not work replace ecu. anyone out there had similar problem. Oh, tach flashes o34 code which is rack position error.

I just bought a 1937 John Deere "B". I have no idea when the crankcase oil was last changed and have ordered a filter to change when I change the oil. My question is about what type oil to use in it. Will it be ok to use some of the new oils such as Rotella T or Slick 50 10w 30. I live in Kentucky and we have all the various year round temps here. Thanks for any info.

I just was offtered an old John Deeere G tractor. When I tried to pull it out of the shed where it had been parked years ago the rear tires would not turn. I dno't know much about old tractors- the clutch I think was disengaged and the transmission in neutral but the wheels would not turn. the tractor seems to be in pretty good conditon but I am not sure it is worth messing witjh. Any help would be appreciated. Joe

We are looking at a 7730. It has 96" axels. Can anyone tell me if you can put axel duels on 96" axels.
