Farm Aid brings together some of music’s heavy hitters to raise awareness about the loss of family farms and raises money to keep farm families up and running. The organization offers disaster funds, grant programs and a farmer resource network. Willie Neilson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp organized the first Farm Aid concert in 1985 and recently celebrated the show’s 30th anniversary.
