Working on a farm is not for everyone, with long hours and unexpected troubles looming. When kids see the amount of hard work that goes in to keeping the farm operating and the rewards that come with it in the forms of fresh produce or extra play time, they can learn to understand that hard work does pay off and they can be proud of the work they’ve put in.
