A tractor that came off a manufacturing line 15 years ago was the top selling piece of farm equipment during a BigIron auction on Jan. 27.

The 2006 John Deere 9420 4WD tractor located in Mason City, Ill., sold for US$99,000 (CAD$126,640) to a buyer in the same state after 235 bids.
