AGCO expands dealer network in Ohio

Farmers gain easier access to popular brands

By Farms.com

AGCO, a leading manufacturer of agricultural equipment, is transforming its dealer network in Ohio. This move will make it easier for Ohio farmers to access AGCO's popular brands, including Fendt®, Massey Ferguson®, and PTx®.

Existing AGCO dealers Lowe & Young, Mayer Farm Equipment, and North Star Hardware & Implement will expand their product offerings and services within their current territories. This means farmers won't need to travel as far to find the equipment and support they need.

In addition, AGCO-owned AgRevolution will be entering the Ohio market for the first time. They plan to open several brick-and-mortar locations in northern Ohio, along with offering mobile services throughout the state. This will provide farmers in northern Ohio with access to the full range of AGCO products.

AGCO is committed to a smooth transition for its customers. They will be working closely with their dealers over the coming months to ensure a seamless transfer of services and to introduce farmers to the new dealer teams.

"There's no such thing as 'down-time' in farming," said Ruchir Patel, AGCO Vice President of Global Distribution Management. "Our dealers will ensure that farmers continue to receive excellent sales and support services."

By expanding its dealer network, AGCO is making a strong commitment to Ohio farmers. They believe that these experienced dealers will provide some of the best customer service in the industry, allowing AGCO to better serve the "Buckeye State" agricultural community.
