Case IH introduces new Axial-Flow combine features designed to boost productivity, reduce grain loss, and simplify harvest operations.
Case IH is introducing a broad lineup of producer-focused equipment and technology designed to help farmers improve efficiency, productivity, comfort, and profitability.
“Producers today are navigating an increasingly complex landscape and our job is to help make that easier,” said Kurt Coffey, Vice President, North America at Case IH.
“We are focused on evolving our fleet, bringing together robust horsepower, more comfort, intuitive precision technology and full machine lifecycle support with our parts and service offering to ensure every producer we serve is equipped to maximize their profit potential and time in the cab,” Coffey added.
A major focus is the updated Axial-Flow 160 series combine for the 2027 model year. The harvesting platform now features dual Pro 1200 displays, giving operators an in-cab view of GrainCam while supporting Remote Display View and Real Time Monitoring (RTM) through FieldOps.
Additional technology includes the Vector Pro receiver, RowGuide Pro for enhanced row guidance, and AccuTurn Pro for hands-free automated steering at the end of each row.
The updated 160 series also comes with Connectivity Included and two technology package choices. These options simplify ordering and provide subscription-free technology, allowing machines to be ready for field operations without recurring technology renewals.
Case IH has also upgraded key components outside the cab. Improved sensors are designed to enhance machine responsiveness and reliability, while a dual cross-auger shut-off system in the grain tank helps reduce grain loss and support dependable operation.
For 2027, the Axial-Flow 260 series will feature standard LED lighting for improved visibility. New cast-iron cone rotor vanes are designed to increase durability, while ActiveTrac scrapers help remove mud and debris from the sprocket, reducing track wear.
The AF series adds a shorter unloading spout for better grain-cart clearance, a wider spreader speed range for improved residue management, and a new 28.5-inch ActiveTrac option for operations requiring a narrower working footprint.
