The Miraco MiraFount 1-Hole Energy-Free Roll-Away Ball Watering Trough is designed to provide clean, reliable water for livestock in all seasons without the need for electricity.
Built for durability and efficiency, this insulated waterer helps prevent freezing during winter while keeping water cooler in summer months through passive insulation and a patented roll-away ball closure.
The MiraFount 1-hole system is available in two primary models to meet different herd needs. The MiraFount 3330 offers a 15-gallon capacity, while the MiraFount 3345 provides a larger 30-gallon option.
Both models are constructed from Miraco’s tough, high impact “Rockite” polyethylene material, engineered to withstand heavy livestock use without cracking, chipping, or corroding.
Instead of relying on electricity, the waterers use 2 to 3 inches of urethane foam insulation combined with the insulated ball to maintain water temperature. For producers in extreme cold climates, optional heater kits can be added.
A removable insulated dome allows quick access to the valve area for maintenance, while the sealed and sloped bottom design makes cleaning easier and more efficient.
