Equipment Ontario Adds ESM and Bob Mark to Dealer Network

Equipment Ontario Incorporated has announced a significant expansion of its dealership network with the addition of two well-established and highly regarded businesses: ESM Farm Equipment Ltd. and Bob Mark Equipment Sales & Rentals.

ESM Farm Equipment Ltd., a New Holland Agriculture and Construction Equipment dealership located in Wallenstein near Elmira, has built a strong reputation across southwestern Ontario for its precision service, reliability, and commitment to customers. As part of this expansion, the entire ESM team will become members of the Equipment Ontario organization, ensuring continuity of service and local expertise.

Equipment Ontario is also welcoming Bob Mark Equipment Sales & Rentals, a long-standing name serving the agricultural community in Lindsay, Campbellford, Napanee, and Sunderland. Known for its multi-line equipment sales, rental services, and dependable customer support, Bob Mark Equipment has supported generations of Ontario farmers and contractors by keeping their operations productive and efficient.

With the integration of these two businesses, Equipment Ontario will now support customers across more than 21 counties, stretching from Kincardine to Kingston and Cambridge to Cochrane. This expanded footprint combines local accessibility with the strength and resources of a unified provincial network.

The growing organization represents leading equipment brands, including Case IH, New Holland, Miller, JCB, New Holland Construction Equipment, Hyundai, and others, allowing customers to access solutions tailored to both agricultural and construction needs.

The combined network now includes 12 retail locations, more than 30 mobile service technicians, and shared systems for parts, inventory, and technical support. This structure is designed to deliver faster service, reduced downtime, and enhanced customer support across Ontario.

Supported by CNH, most locations will participate in CNH’s Dual Branding Initiative, offering access to Case IH, New Holland Agriculture and Construction Equipment, and select Case Construction products.

Despite continued growth, Equipment Ontario remains guided by its long-standing philosophy: Small enough to care. Large enough to serve. Customers will continue working with familiar local teams, now strengthened by broader expertise and shared resources, as Equipment Ontario carries forward a legacy of family values, community commitment, and trusted service.
