Farms.com bringing a third special edition NFMS Machinery Newsletter to inboxes

This newsletter will feature videos from Fendt, Bourgault, New Holland and more

By Farms.com

Subscribers to Farms.com’s weekly Machinery Newsletter will receive a third installment of the special National Farm Machinery Show (NFMS) edition in their inboxes next week.

A Farms.com team attended the NFMS show in Louisville, Ky., in February and interviewed more than 70 industry reps.

“Our team worked extremely hard to set up and conduct the interviews, edit the videos and get them ready for our readers,” said Ryan Ridley, digital marketing and PR manager with Farms.com. “More than 5,000 subscribers opened our last special edition newsletter on April 1. We want to thank you for your ongoing support, and we are pleased to bring you even more exciting content from the floor of the NFMS.”

Here are a few examples of what the newsletter, which farmers can expect to receive on April 15, will include.

Daniel Houbak, an engineer with AGCO, discusses the company’s new Air Blaster aftermarket upgrade kit that cleans feeder houses on Fendt combines.

The system consists of an air tank that receives its supply from the original air system on the combine.

Combine operators can choose to have manual control over the system or set it up to operate automatically with a flip of a switch.

Nathan Stein, co-founder of Pegasus Robotics, talks about drone solutions in agriculture, specifically the XAG P100 Pro.

This drone can carry 110 pounds of product in its dry hopper and 13.5 gallons of product in its wet tank. And it has a flying speed of 31 miles per hour.

And Colin Rush, a sales and marketing leader with Bourgault, provides an overview of the company’s 3725 Quick Depth Adjust Coulter Drill.

This series of products offers farmers the ability to make seed depth adjustments in minutes without the need to crawl under the drill.
