Bayer’s Crop Science division has named Kacy Perry as the new Country Division Head for Crop Science Canada, with her appointment taking effect on July 1, 2026.
In her new position, Perry will oversee more than 550 employees across multiple Canadian locations while serving on Bayer’s North American Leadership Team for Crop Science.
Perry brings extensive experience to the role, having spent her entire professional career with Bayer.
She currently serves as the North America Soybean Business Lead and has previously held leadership positions in marketing, sales, and product management.
