John Deere Enhances Seeding Productivity with High-Capacity Tanks and ActiveCal Precision Technology
John Deere has expanded its air seeding lineup with the introduction of the new C1100T air cart, further building on the C Series platform launched in 2025.
John Deere’s Anthony Styczinski shared with farms.com that the latest model is designed to deliver greater productivity by offering increased capacity, allowing operators to cover more ground between refills.
The C1100T incorporates the advanced technology that customers have come to expect from the C Series. It features an accurate stainless steel metering system, along with Section Command Pro for improved application control and curve compensation.
The system also supports high-fidelity prescriptions, enabling more precise input management across varying field conditions.
In addition, the air cart includes ActiveCal with integrated tank scales, allowing continuous calibration throughout the day. The EZCal system further simplifies setup by helping operators begin work quickly while ensuring accurate calibration from the start.
With its larger capacity and integrated precision technologies, the C1100T is built to enhance efficiency and consistency in air seeding operations.
