Intelligent Features Set a New Standard for Compact Tractors

Kubota Tractor Corporation has introduced the Grand L70 Series, the newest generation of its flagship compact tractors designed for both residential and commercial operators.

The lineup features three configurations, Premium, Deluxe, and Cold-Weather, and highlights a mix of advanced technology, operator comfort, and powerful performance.

The product was released today at Kubota Connect in Grapevine, Texas.

At the center of the Grand L70 Series is Kubota’s Intelligent Hydrostatic Transmission (iHST), Kubota told Farms.com.

This system offers three ranges with hydro-dual speed, allowing quick shifts between high and low within each range for six total speed settings. Operators can tailor performance with adjustable pedal sensitivity and an auto-throttle function, while a digital stall guard automatically adjusts engine output to prevent stalling during heavy work.

A new K-Command color display with Bluetooth and hands-free calling provides easy access to performance data and customizable settings. The multi-function loader joystick places key controls—such as cruise control, drive mode selection, and iHST settings—right at the operator’s fingertips.

For all-season use, Kubota offers the new ProCab, a four-post cab with rounded glass for increased visibility.

The cab includes climate control, remote start, heated glass, rear wiper, and side and rear defrosters.

An optional heated swivel seat and enhanced airflow create a quiet, comfortable workspace for long hours in the field.

The deluxe and premium models are available with either the open ROPS or the factory-installed ProCab.

The L70 Series provides 37 to 60 horsepower, with an electronically controlled common-rail fuel system for smooth, efficient operation.

The Deluxe models feature a naturally aspirated engine, while Premium models add turbocharged performance.

The tractors can be equipped with performance-matched implements, including the BH92A backhoe and three loaders (LA806, LA1056, and LM1056).

An optional mechanical self-leveling loader is also available.

For those operators in colder climates, the Grand L70 Nordik Edition is designed for deep snow and extreme cold.

It comes winter-ready with Nokian snow tires, reinforced 3-point hitch components, extra protective guarding, and a swivel air-suspension seat for added comfort during extended operation.

Buyers can choose between Essentials and Pro packages, allowing snow-removal professionals to match the machine to their specific winter demands with dependable performance and operator comfort.

From loader work to snow removal, the L70 Series provides a customizable operator experience and reliable performance backed by Kubota’s reputation for quality and durability.
