Live Cattle Commodity Update for the Week Ending Feb 10, 2017

The week of Feb 06, 2017 saw the price of live cattle end at 113.15. Compared to last week’s ending price of 115.625 the price of live cattle dropped by 2.1%.

The lowest price point for live cattle during the week occurred on Feb 10, 2017 when the price was at 113.15.

In the span of a month, the price of live cattle dropped by 4.7%. At this time last month, live cattle was at 118.675 and have since dropped to 113.15.

Live cattle has also seen price drops since last year. Around this time in 2016, live cattle prices were at 117.225. The change in prices from last year equal a decrease of 3.5%.
