Live Cattle Commodity Update for the Week Ending Jun 30, 2017

The price of live cattle as of Friday was 116.3 and last Friday it was at 115.275, meaning the price of live cattle increased by 0.9% in one week.

Jun 26, 2017 saw live cattle see its highest performance at 118.275.

In the span of a month, the price of live cattle dropped by 3%. At this time last month, live cattle was at 119.85 and have since dropped to 116.3.

Live cattle has also seen an improvement from last year. At this time in 2016, the price was at 106.625. The change in prices from a year ago represents an increase of 9.1%.
