Live Cattle Commodity Update for the Week Ending Nov 24, 2023

The week of Nov 20, 2023 saw the price of live cattle end at 170.975. Compared to last week’s ending price of 176.8 the price of live cattle dropped by 3.3%.

The lowest price point for live cattle during the week occurred on Nov 24, 2023 when the price was at 170.975.

In the span of a month, the price of live cattle dropped by 5.5%. At this time last month, live cattle was at 180.85 and have since dropped to 170.975.

Live cattle has also seen an improvement from last year. At this time in 2022, the price was at 165.825. The change in prices from a year ago represents an increase of 3.1%.
