Live Cattle Commodity Update for the Week Ending Oct 27, 2017

The price of live cattle as of Friday was 120.825 and last Friday it was at 116.6, meaning the price of live cattle increased by 3.6% in one week.

Oct 27, 2017 saw live cattle see its highest performance at 120.825.

Between Sep 27, 2017 and Oct 27, 2017 the price of live cattle rose by 5.2%. At this time last month, prices for live cattle were at 114.9 and have now jumped to 120.825.

Live cattle has also seen an improvement from last year. At this time in 2016, the price was at 96.7. The change in prices from a year ago represents an increase of 24.9%.
