Case IH is expanding the Optum lineup with their launch of the all-new Optum 440, the largest model in the series

Case IH has introduced the Optum 440, a new high-horsepower tractor designed to deliver versatility, comfort, and performance for modern farming needs.

The Optum 440 joins two other new models, the Optum 360 and the Optum 390, expanding the Optum series with enhanced features and capabilities.

The Optum 440 features a completely redesigned exterior, starting with a brand-new hood and updated styling from front to back. Improved cab steps provide a smoother, more comfortable entry for operators.

At the rear, new taillights include a classic IH emblem, paying tribute to the brand’s heritage while offering a modern appearance.

Under the hood, the tractor is powered by an 8.7-liter Cursor 9 engine, engineered to deliver consistent horsepower across a wide range of applications.

This engine supports both demanding fieldwork and efficient transport, helping farmers manage heavy workloads with confidence.

A standout feature of the Optum 440 is its independent front suspension system.

The double-wishbone design improves ride quality, stability, and control, especially during transport. With a top transport speed of up to 37 miles per hour, or 60 kilometers per hour, the tractor is well suited for farms that require frequent road travel between fields.

The Optum 440 was designed with versatility in mind.

Configured with dual tires, it performs well in row-crop operations, including 30-inch rows, while offering excellent maneuverability and a strong turning radius.

The tractor can also be equipped with a front hitch and front power take-off, enabling triple mower setups and other demanding implement combinations. It is suitable for haulage, high-speed tillage, planting, and a wide range of field applications.

Hydraulic performance is another key strength.

The twin-flow hydraulic system delivers up to 95 gallons per minute, allowing the tractor to operate large, high-demand implements.

Operators can also reduce engine speed for lighter hydraulic needs, improving fuel efficiency while maintaining performance.

Inside the cab, operator comfort is a priority.

The Optum 440 features one of the quietest cabs in its class, providing a calm and comfortable working environment during long hours in the field.
