FX-320 Mower Offers Flexible Cutting and Hitch Options

Schulte Industries has unveiled its latest mower model with the introduction of the FX-320 rotary mower.

Designed to handle a wide range of farming needs, the FX-320 offers a 20-foot cutting width and a 3-rotor system. It operates at both 1000 RPM and 540 RPM, making it adaptable to different farming setups.

Farms.com connected with Mike Siroski, USA/Canada territory manager with Schulte, to learn more about this new offering.

He explained that the FX-320 mower features an adjustable cutting range from 20 degrees downward to 90 degrees upward, offering flexibility for various terrains and mowing tasks.

It comes with several tire and axle options, including walking axles and row crop axles. Tire choices range from heavy-duty foam-filled models to standard truck tires, allowing customization based on field conditions.

This model is also available in two configurations: a pan setup for efficient grass mowing and a fixed knife setup for shredding crop stalks such as corn and cotton. These configurations make the FX-320 suitable for both traditional mowing and post-harvest field cleanup.

Schulte offers multiple hitch options for the FX-320, including a Pro Level hitch and an open clevis hitch, ensuring easy attachment to a variety of tractors.

To operate the FX-320, tractors must have a minimum of 100 horsepower, with the upper limit being 260 horsepower for full performance.

The mower includes many of Schulte’s standard high-quality features such as a one-piece spun form pan and a 7-gauge deck.

With its wide range of options and strong build quality, the FX-320 is built to meet the demands of modern farming.
